How to make Bulk Payments on Grey Business

A guide on how to use the multi-currency bulk payout feature

Say goodbye to manual, single-currency transfers. With Multi-currency Bulk Payouts on Grey Business, you can now disburse funds to global employees, contractors, vendors, and partners across multiple countries and currencies through a single CSV upload.

Whether you are paying international payroll in USD, settling supplier invoices in EUR and GBP, or managing affiliate payouts worldwide, this streamlined workflow lets you execute multiple international transfers simultaneously—saving you hours of manual processing.

Below is a step-by-step guide on completing this payout;

  • On the homepage, click on Send money.

  • Select the To Multiple Recipients option

  • Fill in the required fields: The debit balance (this is the balance you want to use for the transaction), the Payment title (e.g Salary), and upload your recipient document (this document should contain the account numbers you want to make payments to).

  • You can download templates & resources to edit and fill in your details. The templates also include bank codes and other details you might need.

  • Once all required fields have been filled in. Click on Continue.

  • After this, you will be able to review the uploaded account details and if they were validated(A) or not(B). On this page, you can edit the details(C) or delete a recipient (D). Once all details have been corrected and verified, click on Begin Payout(E).

  • You will be required to input the code from your authenticator app to complete the payment.

  • Your payment request has been submitted and is being processed. You will be notified via your registered email address once it has been completed.

Please note that the withdrawal fees are charged per transaction. This means that if you have 10 recipients. The withdrawal fee applies to each transaction as they are processed individually.

Payments are completed only to valid account details, and invalid ones will be skipped.
