Business account verification (KYB) is a five-step process that requires you to provide your business registration documents, contact details, business information, beneficial owner information, and KYC for all shareholders. ​ Kindly follow the steps below as described in the steps below;

- Emails with the KYC link are sent to the beneficiaries added to the company account when you click on the Invite button after adding related persons.

- Kindly ensure that the related persons complete their KYC verification, as this is a requirement to complete the overall business verification. ​​
- Upon the KYB team's initial manual review, if any documents are missing or should be resubmitted, the KYB team sends an email to the business owner to resubmit them. ​
